The EX0783 is made for anyone with a wide face who finds most frames too narrow. At 60 mm, it’s the largest lens width in the range, with a front that covers across and a generous lens height: the kind of size that’s usually hard to find, and that people who need it search for by name. The build offsets the volume. The rim profile is slim, the upper edge runs almost straight and drops away at the outer corner with a clean cut, and the temples are narrow and flat, with a small metal insert at the hinge. The acetate is glossy black, the most restrained option available: on a frame this size, a colour or a worked finish would have pushed it well past discreet.
